Our Commitment to Safety & Transparency
BangGuys empowers verified adult creators to control and monetise the lawful content they produce, and gives fans a safe place to discover and support them. We are committed to operating one of the safest adult content platforms in the industry, going beyond minimum legal requirements wherever we reasonably can, while protecting the freedom of creators and fans to engage with lawful content.
This Safety & Transparency Center gives creators, fans, regulators, and other stakeholders visibility into how we keep our community safe and an overview of our key safety and transparency measures. The sections below are summaries and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.

1. Mission, Vision and Values
Our mission is to give adult creators ownership of their work and income on a platform built on safety, consent, and transparency. We are guided by the following values:
• Safety first: the wellbeing of creators, fans, and the wider public takes priority over growth.
• Consent always: every person depicted must be a consenting, verified adult.
• Transparency: we explain our rules, our decisions, and our enforcement, and we report on them.
• Creator empowerment: creators control and monetise their lawful content fairly.
• Accountability: we cooperate with authorities and hold ourselves to published standards.
2. Age & Identity Verification
Every creator and every person appearing in monetised content must be verified as an adult before that content can be published or earn money.
• Creators complete identity verification (KYC), submitting a government-issued ID (front and back) and a verification selfie holding that ID together with a note showing their username, the current date, and “bangguys.com”.
• For each additional person depicted, valid proof of age, identity, and signed consent must be provided and retained.
• Fans are subject to age assurance where required by law; this may be performed by an independent provider that returns only a pass/fail result.
• We reject or remove accounts where age or identity cannot be reliably established.
3. Content Moderation Policy
We combine automated detection tools with trained human reviewers to identify and act on content that is illegal or breaches our rules.
• Uploaded content may be reviewed before and after publication; we may label, age-gate, geo-restrict, demote, or remove content.
• Moderation decisions are accompanied by a statement of reasons where required, and are subject to appeal.
• We apply heightened scrutiny to content depicting real, identifiable people and to AI-generated or manipulated content.
• Repeat or serious violations lead to suspension or permanent termination.
4. Combatting CSAM (Zero Tolerance)
We operate an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material. CSAM of any kind — real, simulated, drawn, animated, or AI-generated — is categorically prohibited.
• We deploy proactive detection measures and human review to prevent CSAM from being uploaded.
• Detected CSAM is removed immediately, preserved as required by law, and reported to competent authorities, including, where applicable, NCMEC and relevant national hotlines.
• Associated accounts are terminated permanently, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement, including lawful disclosure of user data.
• Reports can be made at any time to bg_sup@bangguys.com or via in-platform tools.
5. Ensuring Consent for Intimate Images
Consent is the foundation of our platform. We require documented consent for every person depicted in intimate content.
• Creators warrant that every person depicted is a consenting adult and that the content is uploaded with their knowledge.
• We do not tolerate non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”), whether real or synthetic (deepfakes), and remove it promptly on detection or report.
• Affected individuals can request removal at bg_sup@bangguys.com; reports are handled confidentially and promptly.
• We support hash-matching and similar measures to help prevent re-upload of removed non-consensual imagery.
6. Preventing Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking
We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and coercion in any form.
• Verification, consent records, and ongoing monitoring are designed to ensure all participants act freely and voluntarily.
• We investigate indicators of coercion or exploitation and report credible concerns to the competent authorities.
• We cooperate with specialist organisations and law enforcement to combat trafficking.
7. Tackling Hate Speech
We prohibit content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Hateful, harassing, or threatening content is removed and may result in account action.
• Users can report hate speech through in-platform tools or at bg_sup@bangguys.com.
8. Safeguarding Against Money Laundering & Fraud
We apply risk-based anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention controls across the platform.
• Creators complete KYC before receiving payouts; we may request source-of-funds information.
• We screen against sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists and monitor for suspicious activity.
• We may hold or withhold payouts where fraud or breach is suspected and report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Chargeback abuse and payment fraud lead to account action and recovery of associated costs.
9. Helping Creators Protect Their Copyright
We respect intellectual-property rights and help creators protect their work.
• Rights-holders can submit takedown notices via our reporting form or at bg_sup@bangguys.com; valid notices are actioned expeditiously.
• Uploaders may submit counter-notices where content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• We operate a repeat-infringer policy and use reasonable measures to deter re-upload of infringing content.
10. EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Transparency
As a hosting service under the DSA, we provide mechanisms designed to meet our obligations to EU users and authorities.
• Notice-and-action tools allow anyone to report illegal content; we provide statements of reasons for moderation decisions.
• An internal complaint-handling and appeals system is available, with the option of out-of-court dispute settlement.
• We give priority to notices from recognised Trusted Flaggers and may suspend abusive or repeatedly unfounded reporters.
• We maintain a point of contact for users and authorities at bg_sup@bangguys.com (English).
11. Appeals Policy
Anyone affected by a moderation decision can ask us to reconsider.
• Appeals can be lodged within six (6) months of a decision via bg_sup@bangguys.com or in-platform tools.
• Appeals are reviewed by personnel not involved in the original decision and are not decided solely by automated means.
• We reverse decisions that prove to be incorrect and notify the outcome with reasons.
• Users retain the right to out-of-court dispute settlement and judicial remedies.
12. Assisting Law Enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• We respond to valid legal requests and may preserve and disclose relevant data where lawfully required.
• Where we become aware of a credible threat to life or safety, we promptly inform the competent authorities and provide available relevant information.

13. Tax Policy and Strategy
We aim to meet our tax obligations responsibly and support creators in meeting theirs.
• Creators are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on their earnings under the law applicable to them.
• We may collect tax documentation and withhold amounts where required by law.
• We seek to comply with applicable tax laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
14. Respecting Your Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. We apply heightened safeguards to sensitive data given the adult nature of the platform, and we honour data-subject rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and objection. 15. Transparency Reports
We intend to publish periodic transparency reports describing, to the extent required by applicable law and feasible:
• the number of reports and notices received and actioned;
• content-moderation actions taken, including removals and account actions;
• appeals received through our internal system and their outcomes; and
• the use and accuracy of automated moderation tools.
Reports will be made available on the Website and updated periodically.
16. Our Ongoing Commitment
Safety and transparency are continuing commitments, not a one-time exercise. We will keep investing in detection technology, human review, creator protection, and clear reporting, and we will update this Center as our policies, tools, and legal obligations evolve.
