This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on BangGuys (www.bangguys.com), operated by EOTT Ltd (“BangGuys”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and forms part of your agreement with us. Any breach of this Policy may result in the removal of your Content and/or the suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

Defined terms in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms & Conditions. This Policy should be read together with our Community Guidelines, Safety & Transparency Center, and Complaints Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use BangGuys in any manner that features or facilitates any of the following:

        1. Minors. Anyone under the age of 18 (or 21 where required by applicable law), and anyone appearing in explicit content who is over 18 but who has not completed our Creator onboarding and verification process or provided a properly completed consent and release form for every person depicted.

        2. Illegal activity. Any illegal activity, whether actual, claimed, or role-played, including: the exploitation, abuse, or harm of anyone under 18; incest; bestiality; necrophilia; rape or sexual assault; human trafficking; and any content or conduct that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.

        3. Prohibited items. Weapons or controlled substances depicted or used in a manner that threatens or may cause harm to yourself or to a third party.

        4. Hateful conduct. Attacking or demeaning people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease.

        5. Abuse or harassment. Stalking, doxxing, defamation, threats, or the sharing of non-consensual, fake, or manipulated intimate images, or any other unauthorised images of a person.

        6. Violence or harm. Prohibited role play, the use of objects in any way likely to cause physical or mental harm, any activity lacking express consent, extreme impact, extreme bondage, self-harm, or suicide.

        7. Prohibited bodily fluids. Content featuring urine or excrement, or similar prohibited bodily fluids.

        8. Inaccurate information. Misleading descriptions of media, or false or misleading account information.

        9. Non-consensual depictions. Any explicit image of another person without their consent, including any artificially generated, AI-based, or manipulated image (deepfake).

        10. Public nudity. Explicit conduct or nudity in a place where the general public is present or where other people are reasonably likely to see it, including in an avatar or header image.

        11. Prohibited cyber activity. Spamming; sharing other people’s personal data; linking to external media-storage sites; referencing any off-platform site that violates our Terms & Conditions; or interfering in any way with BangGuys’ software, hardware, or network, including via malware or denial-of-service attacks.

        12. Copying content. Scraping, downloading, sharing, or gathering Content or information from BangGuys or from any Creator for any reason without authorisation.

        13. In-person meetings. Using the platform to arrange in-person meetings to facilitate any transaction other than a permitted Creator interaction, or to facilitate prostitution or escort services.

        14. Prohibited commercial activity. Selling controlled or regulated items; representing that BangGuys has endorsed you or your Content; or infringing any third party’s intellectual-property rights.

Enforcement

We enforce this Policy through a combination of automated detection and human review. Depending on the severity of the breach, we may:

•     remove, restrict, age-gate, or geo-block the Content;

•     issue a warning, suspend, or permanently terminate the account;

•     withhold or forfeit associated earnings in accordance with the Terms & Conditions; and

•     preserve evidence and report the matter to the competent authorities where required.

Where Content or an account is removed, you may seek review under our Appeals Policy and Complaints Policy, except where prohibited by law.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter Content or conduct that breaches this Policy, please report it using the in-platform “Report” function or by emailing bg_sup@bangguys.com. Where you believe a person is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first.
