1. Operator Identification
This 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement (the “Statement”) is issued by the operator of the website located at www.bangguys.com and all associated services, applications, and subdomains (the “Application” or “Platform”).

2. Voluntary Compliance Statement
Although the Operator is established in England & Wales and is not subject to the law of the United States, the Operator voluntarily complies with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (record-keeping requirements) and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and warrants that any actual human beings depicted in images, videos, or other audio-visual recordings appearing on the Platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time those recordings were made.
3. Exemption: Content Produced by Users
The Operator is not the “producer”, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may appear within the Platform.
More specifically, the Operator limits its handling of such content and performs only the activities of transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of material that may depict sexually explicit conduct and that appears within the Platform as the result of actions taken by Users. All parts of the Platform that contain such User-generated material are under the control of the relevant User, for whom the Platform functionality is made available by the Operator.
Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the Operator reserves the right to delete materials appearing within the Platform as a result of actions taken by Users if such materials are deemed, in the Operator’s sole discretion, to be indecent, obscene, defamatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with the Platform’s policies and the Terms & Conditions.
4. Designated Records Custodian
Without limiting in any way the applicability of the exemption stated in Section 3, the Operator has designated itself as the custodian of records in order to keep the original records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all materials appearing within the Platform that fall into one of the following two categories:
• (i) marketing and advertising materials that contain visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, which materials have been acquired or created by the Operator for the purpose of promoting the Platform; and
• (ii) all visual depictions of Users who have elected to enable paid or monetised features that permit the collection of earnings, credits, or other remuneration by the User.
Age-verification records are collected and reviewed before permitting a User to collect any earnings, credits, or remuneration, and before sexually explicit Content depicting that User is published.
Location of records. The aforementioned records and their custodian (the Operator) can be found at the registered office of EOTT Ltd, as identified in the header of the Terms & Conditions and in Section 1 of this Statement.
5. Creator and User Record-Keeping Obligations
Each User who uploads Content depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct is responsible, as the producer of that Content, for creating and maintaining the records required by applicable law, including age and identity verification and written consent for every person depicted.
• Every person depicted must have been at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of recording.
• The User must retain government-issued identification, proof of age, and a signed consent and model release for every person depicted.
• The User must provide such records to the Operator on request, and the Operator may suspend or remove Content and withhold payouts pending verification.
6. Zero Tolerance for Minors and Illegal Content
The Operator maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors. Any content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor in a sexual context, whether real, simulated, drawn, or AI-generated, is categorically prohibited, will be removed immediately, preserved as required by law, and reported to the competent authorities, including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant national hotlines. The Operator cooperates fully with law-enforcement authorities.
