• Identity / KYC data for creators and payouts (ID documents, verification selfie, date of birth, address);
• Age-assurance result (pass/fail);
• Payment and payout data;
• Usage, device and cookie data;
• Special-category data (data revealing sexual interests), processed only on a valid Art. 9 condition such as your explicit consent.

Why we process it

To provide and secure the service, verify age and identity, process payouts, comply with legal obligations (incl. KYC/AML and record-keeping), prevent fraud and illegal content (including CSAM), and - with consent - analytics and advertising.

Sharing & transfers

Shared only with processors (hosting, payment, verification, security), independent partners, advisers and authorities where required. International transfers are protected by adequacy decisions, UK IDTA/Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & your rights
